Meet Elizabeth Davis

Elizabeth Davis has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams realize their dreams. She is an Executive Leader/CEO with a demonstrated track record of successfully starting up, scaling, growing, and exiting successful startup organizations in both the private and non-profit sector.

Elizabeth’s business foundation is formed through hands-on experience. In 1998, she started a cloud computing company, experienced rapid growth, hit a wall during the dot-com bust, emerged, and then successfully sold the company to NetSuite. This journey, combined with the over 25 years working in business and non-profit, has provided her with a real world perspective of what it takes to ride the wave and build successful businesses.

Through her work as the Austin Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents’ Organization, Elizabeth was introduced to the book Traction and became inspired by the power and the simplicity of the EOS Model™ that could help so many small & middle market companies. She added Certified EOS Implementer™ to her toolkit and founded Authentic Impact to help business owners and their leadership teams get better results.

As an experienced business leader, Elizabeth thrives on working with leadership teams focused on making tangible changes in order to create the businesses they desire — and have a more meaningful life. And she consistently helps business owners and their leadership teams get better results.

Elizabeth is passionate about tennis and scuba diving and lives a balanced life between work and family.
